An example method may include receiving a first communication, at a server comprising one or more processors, indicating that the parked vehicle is considered an obstruction. The method may further include notifying, by the server, one or more users associated with the parked vehicle of the first communication. Additionally, the method may include generating, by the server, a predetermined response to the first communication associated with the obstruction.
