- at least one wireless valve with an actuator that is operatively connected to a first transceiver, the actuator configured to control the wireless valve into an open position or a closed position in response to an instruction received via the first transceiver;
a processing element operatively connected to a second transceiver that is configured to communicate with the first transceiver;
an internet connection operatively connected to the processing device to receive the instruction; and
an application running on the processing device, the application operating to at least control the valve to the open position or the closed position in response to the instruction received via the internet connection.

Abstract
A system for substance control flowmeter, level meters and other sensors to determine problem events and communicate problem events to a control unit. A valve may be turned off in the event of a leak and system status may be viewed. Embodiments employing battery power during loss of power such as a power blackout and as a main source of power. Problems can be wirelessly communicated with a control unit. Problems that exist may be displayed on the control panel or remote via the internet including alarm conditions sensors, low battery, poor signal, leak detected, communication failure, or flowmeter failure.
