Abstract

The subject of the present invention is a composition for dyeing human keratin fibres such as the hair, comprising: (a) at least one oxidation dye precursor; (b) at least one first amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant; (c) at least one second non-ionic or anionic surfactant; (d) one or more fatty substances; (e) at least one cationic polymer; (f) at least one non-ionic guar gum; (g) at least one oxidizing agent other than atmospheric oxygen. The present invention also relates to a process for dying human keratin fibres, in which this composition is applied to said fibres, and also to a suitable multicompartment device.

Claims

1. Composition for dyeing human keratin fibres, comprising:

(a) at least one oxidation dye precursor;

(b) at least one first amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant;

(c) at least one second non-ionic or anionic surfactant;

(d) at least one fatty substance;

(e) at least one cationic polymer;

(f) at least one non-ionic guar gum;

(g) at least one oxidizing agent other than atmospheric oxygen.

2. Composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the oxidation dye precursor(s) are chosen from oxidation bases, in particular from para-phenylenediamines, bis(phenyl)alkylenediamines, para-aminophenols, ortho-aminophenols and heterocyclic bases, and the addition salts thereof.

3. Composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the oxidation dye precursor(s) are chosen from couplers, in particular from meta-phenylenediamines, meta-aminophenols, meta-diphenols, naphthalene couplers, heterocyclic couplers and the addition salts of these compounds with an acid.

Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant(s) are chosen from the derivatives of optionally quaternized aliphatic secondary or tertiary amines, in which derivatives the aliphatic group is a linear or branched chain comprising from 8 to 22 carbon atoms, said amine derivatives containing at least one anionic group, for instance a carboxylate, sulfonate, sulfate, phosphate or phosphonate group.

5. Composition according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant(s) are chosen from:

(C₈-C₂₀)alkylbetaines,

(C₈-C₂₀)alkylsulfobetaines,

(C₈-C₂₀)alkylamido(C₃-C₈)alkylbetaines,

(C₈-C₂₀)alkylamido(C₆-C₈)alkylsulfobetaines,

Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the content of amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant(s) ranges from 0.1% to 30% by weight, preferably from 0.5% to 20% by weight and more preferably from 1% to 10% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

7. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second surfactant(s) are chosen from non-ionic surfactants, more particularly from oxyalkylenated, or glycerolated, non-ionic surfactants, such as the following surfactants, alone or as mixtures:

oxyalkylenated (C₈-C₂₄)alkylphenols;

saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, oxyalkylenated or glycerolated C₈-C₃₀ alcohols;

saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, oxyalkylenated C₈-C₃₀ amides;

esters of saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, C₈-C₃₀ acids and of polyethylene glycols;

esters of saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched, C₈-C₃₀ acids and of sorbitol, which are preferably oxyethylenated;

fatty acid esters of sucrose;

(C₈-C₃₀)alkylpolyglycosides, (C₈-C₃₀)alkenylpolyglycosides, which are optionally oxyalkylenated (0 to 10 oxyalkylene units) and which comprise 1 to 15 glucose units, (C₈-C₃₀)alkylglucoside esters;

the number of moles of ethylene oxide and/or of propylene oxide preferably ranges from 1 to 100, more particularly from 2 to 50;

the number of moles of glycerol ranges in particular from 1 to 30.

Composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the second surfactant(s) are chosen from anionic surfactants and more particularly from alkyl sulfates, alkyl ether sulfates, alkylamido ether sulfates, alkylaryl polyether sulfates, monoglyceride sulfates, alkyl sulfonates, alkylamide sulfonates, alkylaryl sulfonates, alpha-olefin sulfonates, paraffin sulfonates, alkyl sulfosuccinates, alkyl ether sulfosuccinates, alkylamide sulfosuccinates, alkyl sulfoacetates, acyl sarcosinates, acyl glutamates, alkyl sulfosuccinamates, acyl isethionates and N-acyl taurates;

salts of alkyl monoesters of polyglycoside-polycarboxylic acids, acyl lactylates, salts of D-galactoside uronic acids, salts of alkyl ether carboxylic acids, salts of alkylaryl ether carboxylic acids, salts of alkylamido ether carboxylic acids, and the corresponding non-salified forms of all these compounds, the alkyl and acyl groups of all these compounds comprising from 6 to 40 carbon atoms, and the aryl group denoting a phenyl group, it being possible for these compounds to be oxyethylenated and then comprise preferably from 1 to 50 ethylene oxide units.

9. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises at least one non-ionic surfactant and at least one anionic surfactant.

10. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the content of second surfactant(s) ranges from 0.1% to 30% by weight, preferably from 1% to 20% by weight and more preferably from 1% to 10% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

11. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fatty substance(s) are chosen from C₆-C₁₆ alkanes, non-silicone oils of mineral, vegetable, animal or synthetic origin, fatty alcohols, fatty acid esters, fatty alcohol esters, non-silicone waxes and silicones.

12. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fatty substance(s) are chosen from liquid petroleum jelly, C₆-C₁₆ alkanes, polydecenes, and fatty acid or fatty alcohol esters, which are liquid, or mixtures thereof.

Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fatty substance concentration is at least 10% by weight, more particularly at least 15% by weight, preferably at least 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition, and up to 70% by weight relative to the total weight of the composition.

14. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cationic polymer(s) have a charge density of at least 1 meq/g.

15. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cationic polymer(s) are chosen from the following polymers, alone or as mixtures:

(1) Homopolymers or copolymers derived from acrylic or methacrylic esters or amides and comprising at least one of the units of formula (I), (II), (III) or (IV) below;

16. Composition according to claim 15, characterized in that the cationic polymer(s) are chosen from the polymers (1), (7), (8) and (9), preferably (7), (8) and (9), alone or as mixtures.

Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the content of cationic polymer(s) represents from 0.01% to 10% by weight, more particularly from 0.05% to 6% by weight and even more preferentially between 0.1% and 5% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.

18. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the non-ionic guar gum is unmodified or modified with C₁-C₆ hydroxyalkyl groups, optionally comprising groups comprising at least one C₆-C₃₀ fatty chain.

19. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the non-ionic guar gum content ranges from 0.001% to 10% by weight, preferably from 0.01% to 5% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

20. Composition according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the oxidizing agent other than atmospheric oxygen is hydrogen peroxide.

21. Process for dyeing human keratin fibres, in which a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 20 is applied.

Process according to the preceding claim, in which the composition is obtained by mixing a first composition free of oxidizing agent other than atmospheric oxygen, comprising at least one oxidation dye precursor, with a second composition comprising at least one oxidizing agent other than atmospheric oxygen, both or either of the two compositions comprising at least one fatty substance, at least one cationic polymer, at least one first amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant, at least one second non-ionic or anionic surfactant and at least one non-ionic guar gum.

23. Process according to the preceding claim, in which the oxidizing composition comprises at least one cationic polymer.

24. Process according to claims 21 to 23, in which the mixture of the first composition and of the second composition has a total fatty substance content of at least 10% by weight relative to the weight of the mixture.

25. Multicompartment device suitable for carrying out the process according to claim 21, comprising a first compartment containing a composition free of oxidizing agent other than atmospheric oxygen, comprising at least one oxidation dye precursor, and a second compartment containing an oxidizing composition, both or either of the compositions of the two compartments comprising at least one fatty substance, at least one cationic polymer, at least one first amphoteric or zwitterionic surfactant, at least one second non-ionic or anionic surfactant and at least one non-ionic guar gum, the two compartments being mixed before use so as to obtain a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 20.
