1. Method for an anti-sprouting treatment of tubers comprising the following steps:

  • applying 3-chlorophenylisopropylcarbamate (CIPC) and limonene to said tubersin a total amount of CIPC and limonene effective to at least partially suppress sprouting of said tubers and to remove sprouts that have formed on said tubers compared to untreated tubers, wherein the ratio limonene weight over CIPC weight is higher than 4.
