Abstract

According to one embodiment, a wireless communication device includes: a receiver, controlling circuitry and a transmitter. The receiver is configured to receive a first packet transmitted in a predetermined frequency band. The controlling circuitry is configured to detect a first information from a received portion of the first packet. The transmitter is configured to transmit a second packet in the predetermined frequency band prior to completion of reception of the first packet with a transmission power not larger than a maximum transmission power depending on the first information.

Claims

1. A wireless communication device comprising:

a receiver configured to receive a first packet transmitted in a predetermined frequency band;

controlling circuitry configured to detect a first information from a received portion of the first packet; and

a transmitter configured to transmit a second packet in the predetermined frequency band prior to completion of reception of the first packet with a transmission power not larger than a maximum transmission power depending on the first information.

The wireless communication device according to claim 1, wherein the controlling circuitry is configured to determine the maximum transmission power on the basis of the first information and configured to determine the transmission power to transmit the second packet within a range not exceeding the maximum transmission power.

3. The wireless communication device according to claim 1, wherein the first information represents at least one of a transmission rate of the first packet or a reception power of the first packet.

The wireless communication device according to claim 1, wherein the controlling circuitry is configured to identify a reception quality required for reception of the first packet on the basis of the first information, and configured to determine the maximum transmission power on the basis of the reception quality and a self-interference cancellation capability, the self-interference cancellation capability indicating a cancelable amount of interference amount given to a reception signal of the first packet by a transmission signal of the second packet.

5. The wireless communication device according to claim 1, wherein the controlling circuitry is configured to determine at least one of a transmission destination terminal of the second packet or a transmission rate of the second packet on the basis of a value of the maximum transmission power.

The wireless communication device according to claim 5, wherein the controlling circuitry is configured to determine at least one of the transmission destination terminal of the second packet from a plurality of candidate terminals or the transmission rate of the second packet on the basis of amounts of interference received at the plurality of candidate terminals from a transmission source terminal of the first packet.

The wireless communication device according to claim 1, wherein the controlling circuitry is configured to determine a terminal having a relationship of a hidden terminal with respect to a transmission source terminal of the first packet as being a transmission destination terminal of the second packet.

8. The wireless communication device according to claim 1, wherein the controlling circuitry is configured to determine whether to transmit the second packet prior to completion of reception of the first packet on the basis of the first information, and

the transmitter is configured not to transmit the second packet prior to the completion of the reception of the first packet when the second packet is determined not to be transmitted.

The wireless communication device according to claim 8, wherein the controlling circuitry is configured to determine the maximum transmission power on the basis of the first information and configured to determine not to transmit the second packet when there is no terminal to which transmission with a power not larger than the maximum transmission power is allowed.

10. The wireless communication device according to claim 1 further comprising at least one antenna.

11. A wireless communication method comprising:

receiving a first packet transmitted in a predetermined frequency band;

detecting a first information from a received portion of the first packet; and

transmitting a second packet in the predetermined frequency band prior to completion of reception of the first packet with a transmission power not larger than a maximum transmission power depending on the first information.

12. The wireless communication method according to claim 11, comprising determining the maximum transmission power on the basis of the first information and determining the transmission power to transmit the second packet within a range not exceeding the maximum transmission power.

13. The wireless communication method according to claim 11, wherein the first information represents at least one of a transmission rate of the first packet or a reception power of the first packet.

14. The wireless communication method according to claim 11, comprising identifying a reception quality required for reception of the first packet on the basis of the first information, and determining the maximum transmission power on the basis of the reception quality and a self-interference cancellation capability, the self-interference cancellation capability indicating a cancelable amount of interference amount given to a reception signal of the first packet by a transmission signal of the second packet.

15. The wireless communication method according to claim 11, comprising determining at least one of a transmission destination terminal of the second packet or a transmission rate of the second packet on the basis of a value of the maximum transmission power.

The wireless communication method according to claim 15, comprising determining at least one of the transmission destination terminal of the second packet from a plurality of candidate terminals or the transmission rate of the second packet on the basis of amounts of interference received at the plurality of candidate terminals from a transmission source terminal of the first packet.

17. The wireless communication method according to claim 11, determining a terminal having a relationship of a hidden terminal with respect to a transmission source terminal of the first packet as being a transmission destination terminal of the second packet.

18. The wireless communication method according to claim 11, determining whether to transmit the second packet prior to completion of reception of the first packet on the basis of the first information, and

controlling so as not to transmit the second packet prior to the completion of the reception of the first packet when the second packet is determined not to be transmitted.

19. The wireless communication method according to claim 18, comprising determining the maximum transmission power on the basis of the first information and determining not to transmit the second packet when there is no terminal to which transmission with a power not larger than the maximum transmission power is allowed.
