1. A computer-implemented method for improving order fulfillment and payment process at a restaurant, shopping, travel, hospitality, or entertainment venue, comprising:

  • receiving from a customer, via Internet or other means of establishing a communications link between the computers, prior to arrival at said venue, a reservation including a preorder of the products and/or services, payment options, gifting options, and/or special offers the customer wishes to receive upon arrival at said venue;

    customer approving said contents of the reservation;

    prompting the customer for payment authorization;

    storing in the database a record of the customer'"'"'s preferences and/or purchases in a customer profile; and

    forwarding the reservation to a vendor queue to complete delivery of products and/or services at or by said restaurant, shopping, travel, hospitality, or entertainment venue.
