1. A method for providing occupant feedback, the method comprising:
- detecting a trigger word uttered by an occupant;
in response to detecting the trigger word, recording speech of the occupant corresponding to an issue and capturing context data corresponding to the issue;
transmitting the speech and the context data to be analyzed to address the issue corresponding to the speech and the context data; and
receiving information including a software update to address the issue raised by the occupant of the vehicle and updating software of the vehicle component with the software update.
