First Claim
1. A computer-implemented method for scoring and ranking multi-dimensional project plans for implementing packaged software applications, the method comprising:
- inputting, using the computer, one or more dimensions for a project plan;
assigning, using the computer, one or more attributes to each of the one or more dimensions;
assigning, using the computer, one or more utility functions to each of the one or more attributes;
assigning, using the computer, one or more weights to each of the one or more attributes;
assigning, using the computer, one or more ordering factors to one or more combinations and permutations of the dimensions;
calculating, using the computer, a series of scores for the one or more combinations and permutations of the dimensions; and
ranking, using the computer, the one or more combinations and permutations of the dimensions based on the calculated series of scores;
wherein each of the one or more combinations and permutations of the dimensions represents a different individual multi-dimensional project plan.
