ORG Structure Asserts Patents Acquired on the Open Market against Indentity Management Software Companies

ORG Structure Innovations filed 12 separate suits against Aegis, Allen Systems GroupAxiomatics, Beta Systems Software of North America, Courion, Evidian SystemsFischer International Identity, Jericho Systems, SailPoint Technologies, Simeio Solutions, Symplified, and Tools4Ever, alleging that the defendants’ computer program and software products infringe two patents related to using inheritance of access rules within an organization.  ORG Structure Innovations filed one prior suit against Oracle in May 2011. That case was dismissed in September of this year. ORG Structure appears to be under the control of Patrick Curry. Curry has been associated with a number of other plaintiff entities including PJC Logistics, CodePro, Select Retrieval, and Callertone Innovations.
