Execware [NPE] filed five separate suits against Costco, eBay, Home Depot, Target, and Wal-Mart, alleging that the defendants’ websites and product listings infringe a patent related to sorting and returning search results.  Execware filed one prior suit in September 2011 against six defendants including Amazon, Staples, and Travelocity.  Robert Listou is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit and the founder of Execware.  3/26, District of Delaware, 1:2012cv00380; 1:2012cv00381; 1:2012cv00382; 1:2012cv00383; 1:2012cv00384.
