Last week, Virtual Gaming Technologies LLC initiated its first litigation campaign, targeting the web-accessible gaming platforms of several companies. This week, the NPE adds three more suits to the campaign, asserting the same two patents (5,860,862; 6,193,610) against the gaming platforms of Fantasy Aces (2:15-cv-01752), Stars Fantasy Sports (2:15-cv-01751), and Yahoo (2:15-cv-01748).
