Lexos Media IP, LLC, the apparent “intellectual property holding company” of Lexos Media, Inc., has resumed its sole litigation campaign with suits against Amazon (2:22-cv-00169) and Target (2:22-cv-00175) in the Eastern District of Texas. The asserted patents generally relate to cursor modification, with the defendants targeted over their respective e-commerce websites. At issue are features for displaying a zoomed section of a product image in place of the user’s cursor when it rolls over the image.
