Digital CBT [NPE] filed two separate suits against AT&T and TiVo over a patent related to digital video processing.  The accused products are digital video recorders.  These are the first suits filed by Digital CBT.  Digital CBT appears to be related to Agranat IP Licensing.  Agranat acquired five patents from Conexant Systems in 2010. Hazim Ansari is the correspondent for Digital CBT. Other patents originating with Conexant have been the subject of NPE suits filed by AIM IP and Imperium IP in the past year. 10/6, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00916; 1:2011cv00917.
