Following its first patent litigation, filed through a District of Delaware case against Alphabet (Google) in late September, OptiMorphix, Inc. has now sued VMware (1:23-cv-01146) in the same district. The five asserted patents, developed at Citrix, are broadly directed to data transmission over a network. VMware is accused of infringement through the provision of certain NSX- and SD-WAN-series networking hardware and software products.
