New Enhanced Audio Systems Litigation Moves Quickly from Single Case to Full-Fledged Campaign

Enhanced Audio Systems, LLC (EAS) has added three more lawsuits, one each against Fujitsu (1:17-cv-00006), HP (1:17-cv-00007), and Lenovo (1:17-cv-00008), to the campaign it started before the new year with a single case against Toshiba (1:16-cv-01329). The new complaints again assert a single patent (6,374,148), generally related to audio systems for portable PCs, and accuse the defendants of infringement through the manufacture and sale of laptops and docking stations.
