SFA Systems [NPE] filed three separate suits against Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, BigMachines, Buy.com, CareStream, Dollar Tree, DSW, Enterasys Networks, Gander Mountain, Meijer, Newegg, New York & Co., OverTon’s, Ricoh, Rite Aid, Symantec, Target, Tiger Direct, and Zappos over a patent related to automated methods for online sales, marketing, and supply chain management.  SFA Systems has filed five prior suits since July 2009 against more than 50 defendants.  8/1, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00400; 6:2011cv00399; 6:2011cv00398.
