TQP Sues Cable One, Dish Network, Enterprise Holdings, Intuit, and Travelocity
TQP Development [NPE] filed five separate suits against Cable One, Dish Network, Enterprise Holdings, Intuit, and Travelocity, alleging that the defendants’ websites infringe a patent related to encrypted data transmission. TQP, founded by Erich Spangenberg, has filed over 25 previous suits since under its current name and seven suits under the names Telequip and The PACid Group.
