Five New Defendants Added to Wireless Campaign

Concinnitas filed five new suits against three carriers and two makers of mobile handsets. The entity sued Franklin Wireless, Huawei, Novatel, Sprint, and ZTE asserting a patent related to restricting wireless data received on a mobile device and determining the recipient’s authorization status (7,805,542). Concinnitas sued Samsung and Sierra Wireless in December 2012. Those cases are currently ongoing.
