EdiSync Systems Sues Adobe over Web Conferencing

EdiSync Systems [NPE] filed suit against Adobe, alleging that Adobe’s Connect software for web conferencing and collaboration infringes a patent related to an interactive editing system for a plurality of remotely located personal computers.  EdiSync Systems has filed two prior suits since July 2002 against over 10 companies, including ADP, Centra, Citrix, FedEx, and IBM.  John Klug is the named inventor on the patent-in-suit, as well as the founder of EdiSync Systems.  8/21, District of Colorado, no judge yet assigned, 1:2012cv02231.
