Telecommunications Research Laboratories (TR Labs) [NPE] filed suit against AT&T, alleging that AT&T’s mesh telecommunications network infringes two patents related to network provisioning and restoration.  TR Labs was formerly known as Alberta Telecommunications Research Centre (ATRC) [NPE]. According to the complaint, TR Technologies is the exclusive licensee of the patents-in-suit.  ATRC and TR Labs have filed eight prior suits since November 2005 against over fifteen defendants including AT&T, Dell, Samsung, Sony, Texas Instruments, and Verizon.  8/6, District of New Jersey, assigned to Judge Peter G.
