August 17, 2021

K.Mizra LLC has added another case to one of its multiple litigation campaigns, suing manufacturer Toshiba and retailers American Business Systems, Clearview Business Solutions, and Copy Concepts (6:21-cv-01293) in a single Middle District of Florida suit over the provision of various Toshiba-branded printers, copiers, and/or scanners. The plaintiff asserts six patents, each originating with Sharp and generally related to various aspects of printing technology, including image-scanning, printer interfaces, toners, and more. Since filing its first litigation in November 2020, K.Mizra (either directly or through managed subsidiary Ginegar LLC) has initiated six litigation campaigns, targeting a wide variety of products ranging from automobiles to network security software.
