K.Mizra LLC has filed suit against Ciena (1:24-cv-05442), in the Northern District of Georgia, and Nokia (2:24-cv-00974), in the Eastern District of Texas, asserting in overlapping sets a collective eight network communications patents from a portfolio that has bounced around from monetization operation to monetization operation over the years. Targeted is the provision of a wide array of networking products, ranging from network operations solutions to router hardware, K.Mizra pleading willfulness based on letters allegedly sent to the two defendants in February and March 2024, respectively.
