Omnitek Partners Revives Second Litigation Campaign
New Patent Litigation
Alphabet (Google) (6:23-cv-00568) and Huawei (Huawei Technologies USA) (3:23-cv-01744) are the latest defendants to be added to Omnitek Partners LLC’s campaign over a single patent generally related to devices with a casing and/or interior that act as a communication bus between at least two components of the device. The new complaints come roughly five months after a settlement between Omnitek Partners and Samsung led to the dismissal of the only case in the campaign.
