Teleputers, LLC has taken aim at Marvell Semiconductor (6:20-cv-00512) in a new Western District of Texas suit targeting the provision of certain systems-on-chip (SoCs) “that employ [ARM] Neon technology” and that allegedly support certain infringing instructions.
