Traffic Information [NPE] filed suit against BOK Financial, Bank of Texas, Capital One, Glympse, Layar, Move, OpenTable, Poynt, Redfin, Scvngr, Smarter Agent, and Trulia over a patent related to providing traffic information to mobile devices.  Traffic Information has filed 12 prior suits against over 60 defendants including Apple, AT&T, Best Buy, Honda, HTC, Huawei, Palm, Pantech, RIM, Samsung, Sony, Sony Ericsson, and Yahoo.  Traffic Information has been able to reach settlements and license agreements with the several companies including Apple, Best Buy, Garmin, Huawei, MetroPCS, Motorola, Palm, Panasonic, HTC, Pantech, Volvo, RIM, Samsung, Sony, Sony Ericcson, Sprint Solutions, Suzuki, and UTStarcom.  9/13, Eastern District of Texas, 2:2011cv00406.
